Privacy notice

Susman Insurance Agency operates this site. Its forms collect only the fields displayed: name or first and last name, email, optional phone, reply preference, ZIP code, topic, occupancy, construction profile, vehicle count, primary use, timing, and the message you choose to send. A hidden anti-abuse field and automated-message calculation help prevent misuse. Do not send Social Security or driver’s licence numbers, payment information, medical information, alarm or entry codes, or account credentials.

Requests and delivery

Form information is used to respond and maintain appropriate agency records. Submitting asks for a response; it does not request, bind, change, or cancel coverage. Information is not sold. Recordings and client information are not shared with third parties or affiliates without legal authority.

After server checks accept a request, email-processing services deliver it to a fixed authorized Susman Insurance Agency recipient. A success message appears only after the delivery provider accepts the request. This site does not maintain a form-submission database, put answers in browser storage, or write message contents to routine application logs. Delivered correspondence remains in the agency’s ordinary mailbox under usual business and legal retention practices; the website has no separate post-delivery cleanup or deletion process.

Website hosting and network providers process connection and request details to deliver pages. Automated-abuse controls use a network address, timing, and form-specific work to validate requests and enforce limits; that address is not included in the agency message. Service providers process information only for their authorized functions.

Cookieless site measurement

This site uses first-party, cookieless measurement to understand visits and basic navigation. It can process page address and title, a referrer after query and fragment details are removed, screen resolution, browser and device characteristics, browser language, local clock time, page-load timing, and approximate location derived from an anonymized network address. Form answers are not included in measurement events. The measurement processor supports only this reporting function.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control stop collection before an event is sent. Two bytes of the network address are masked before storage and approximate-location use. Measurement has no analytics cookies, cross-domain linking, advertising profiles, or browser storage. Raw visit logs are deleted after 90 days; aggregate reports may remain after raw records are gone.

Calls, messages, and choices

A telephone call may be recorded for training or quality assurance, and you may ask not to be recorded. Announcements can be stopped using the method included with the announcement. A text-message invitation will identify the brand, explain the expected message frequency, state that message and data rates may apply, and provide HELP and STOP instructions. Use the site form with the Privacy topic for access, correction, deletion, or measurement questions.

Children and periodic review

This site does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A child under thirteen needs a parent or guardian’s permission before using the site. We may update this privacy statement and review it periodically as practices or legal requirements change.
